Where is my order?

What is my order's tracking number?

A tracking number is a unique sequence of numbers and letters to identify and track your order's delivery status. We email this to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 4-6 days after placing your order. If you haven't received a tracking number after this time, let us know.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us here or via forever@belepoq.com. Include your order number and specify you wish to cancel your order. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can cancel your order. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order.

 

How can I change my order?

Contact us here or via forever@belepoq.com. Include your order number and specify the details you wish to change on your order. If the order hasn't been dispatched, we can make the changes. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make the changes.

 

My order arrived damaged/defective. How will you fix this?

While we take care to pack orders carefully and quality check items before they ship, human error or a mishap in transit can happen. If you receive a damaged/defective product from our store, we want to make it right! Email us via forever@belepoq.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged/defective product. Let us know if you would like a replacement (which we'll send out for free) or a refund.
